A priority in the near future is the repairing of the paths and walkways around Charter Court. Initially, we are going to prioritise the area behind Lloyds Bank and use resin paths to provide a more safe and secured footing to those entering the site. Further work will take place over the coming months to repair other pathed areas of the site.
We are in the process of marking out car parking spaces on the large carpark, as per the Title Deeds. We will contact you to discuss your preferred dimensions for the markings in due course.
The tarmacking of roads and the provision of pedestrian crossing as already taken place on the site. These improvements will continue throughout the years to come.
